Alexis Stone
Alexis is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working toward licensure and Independent Contractor.
Alexis received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She brings over 12 years of experience working with children both within and outside the mental health field. Her primary experience in regards to children is working with adoption, trauma, and anxiety, however, she also thoroughly enjoys serving adults and teens as well. Alexis finds importance in providing a caring and compassionate space for clients and their families. She is particularly passionate about involving caregivers and equipping them with support throughout the therapy process when working with children.
Alexis deeply values everyone’s individual life story, finding fulfillment in guiding her clients toward healing and achieving their goals during therapy sessions. Outside of her professional role, Alexis discovers joy in her roles as a mother and wife, cherishing moments spent exploring new places with her family including their loving golden retriever. She also enjoys time serving in the community, sports, and quality time with friends.
