    To ensure that our services are covered under your plan, we ask that you please confirm with your insurance provider that we are in-network.

    Please note that only our licensed providers, Samantha Colai, Allie Johnson, and Jenny Larson, can take Optum, Medica, and United Behavioral Healthcare.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), HSA/FSA cards, checks, and cash. Please contact us with any questions about payment options.

  • We are committed to transparency regarding therapy costs. We provide a "good faith estimate" of expected fees to help you plan financially if you do not have insurance or are doing private pay. If you have any questions about pricing or need assistance, please reach out.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you miss a session or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, a late cancellation fee may apply.
