Kristof Chara

Kristof is a pre-licensed therapist working towards licensure as a licensed professional clinical counselor.

Kristof received his Master’s in Counseling from Crown College. He has worked with children and young adults in mental health, education, and athletic capacities for several years. His primary focus is working with athletes and those experiencing significant life changes.

As a lifelong musician and lover of learning, Kristof received a bachelor's degree in music with a minor in intercultural studies. Kristof is working towards a PhD in psychology and certification as a mental performance consultant. Kristof is also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.

Kristof is passionate about applying mental tools and activities for a person's growth and purpose. He finds usefulness in many therapy tools, such as art, biofeedback, meditation, virtual reality, and AI.

Kristof’s therapeutic framework includes Jungian and Narrative principles with a solution-focused approach. He deeply values the importance of challenging oneself, discovering one’s inner world and abilities, and taking a big swing on life.

In his free time, Kristof enjoys playing musical instruments, studying supplements and herbs, and adding a little adventure to his life.
